1. This program is an online service designed for sub-healthy adults, not a medical treatment. The following individuals cannot participate in this program: pregnant women, those looking to gain weight, individuals with a history of stroke, kidney disease, diabetes, major cardiovascular diseases, mental health disorders, those on feeding tubes, cancer patients undergoing treatment, those undergoing fertility treatments, or anyone deemed unfit by a physician. If you are over 65, under 18, have a BMI less than 18.5, want to gain muscle, or have an autoimmune disease and wish to join the online program, please discuss with a nutritionist first to confirm suitability.

2. All prices on the website are listed in USD and will be converted to NTD at the time of payment. Final charges may vary depending on the exchange rate. All appointment times during the program are in Taiwan Time (GMT+8).

3. You can get a full refund for the service if you cancel after purchasing but before the program starts. Once the program begins, the refund policy is as follows:

    - Within 3 days: 100% refund

    - Within 4-7 days: 60% refund after signing a program termination agreement

    - After 8 days: No refund

4. All program articles, instructional videos, and group discussions are in English/Chinese.

5. You must confirm the program start date within one month of purchase. Once confirmed, the date cannot be changed, and no refunds or postponements will be granted.

6. Participants must comply with all program requirements, such as daily diet uploads.

7. Nutritionists are available online from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM Taiwan time. The exact response times will be posted by your assigned nutritionist. If you have specific needs, please note them on the registration form.

8. Weekend diet analyses and adjustment suggestions will be provided on Monday.

9. Weight loss results vary by individual constitution, strategy, and lifestyle. Do not hide any personal diseases, medical history, or special conditions. This information helps nutritionists provide personalized diet plans.

10. You must use any scheduled video/phone consultations with the nutritionist before the program ends. Unused sessions will be considered forfeited without refund or extension.

11. Be punctual for video/phone consultations. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be canceled and must be rescheduled. If this happens twice, the session is considered forfeited.

12. Cofit's precise, customized health diet plan is the intellectual property of Cofit Healthcare Inc. Unauthorized recording, video recording, or live streaming is prohibited.

13. To protect both parties' rights and improve service quality, Cofit may record and analyze  appointments, complying with relevant regulations. The recordings will be protected and confidential.

14. Articles, images, and videos from the program are owned by Cofit. Unauthorized reproduction of any part is prohibited and may violate copyright laws.

15. To provide members with promotional offers, products, services, activities, and the latest information, and to manage member data effectively, Cofit may collect, process, and use your information as needed. You agree that Cofit may share your information with partners within the specified scope.

16. If you need to pause (take leave from) the program plan, please follow the rules and contact program customer service online:

- Provide relevant proof (e.g., doctor's note, maternity handbook). Without proof, an administrative fee of $20 USD per instance will be charged and is non-refundable.

- Leave starts on Monday, in full-week units, for up to 4 weeks, non-retroactive. The program will automatically resume after the leave period. For extensions, reapply (administrative fee of $20 USD per instance).

- For 8-week programs, only the nutritionist's services can be paused, while group programs continue. After 8 weeks, only the nutritionist's services are provided (Cofit app retains program articles for review).

- To ensure fairness, the application period for the weight loss incentive cannot be extended due to leave.

17. If you become pregnant during the program, Cofit will arrange for a nutritionist to plan your pregnancy diet.

18. Cofit reserves the right to modify or change terms and retains final interpretation rights.
